Crescent Head is a beautiful little beach-side community 440 km north-northeast of Sydney, in Kempsey Shire, New South Wales, Australia.
The easy-going seaside town is 4h 45min drive north of Sydney and less than six hours south of Brisbane.
The surrounding towns and villages including Kempsey, Gladstone and South West Rocks are all within easy reach, and Port Macquarie is only 50 minutes’ drive south.
At the 2011 census, Crescent Head had a population of 1,586 people.
